This kettlebell combo was tough! It was a combo we used in our online weekly workouts and was one of three tasks. The second task was even harder! We did a MUST_COMPLETE 6 reps of double kettlebell clean and jerk within 30 seconds and then max deadlifts for 60 seconds, followed by 60 seconds of rest for several intervals.
The kettlebell combo is:
Bent-over row from and back to dead
Release
Reverse lunge
Deadlift with a lunge
Hang clean
Racked reverse lunge
Kneeling strict press
Stand up
Drop to dead
Repeat

Back to dead and repeat on the other side.
Some people think that it's normal to train with kettlebells and experience discomfort. They believe that masking the pain or discomfort with wristbands or gloves is the solution. It's not!
Kettlebell exercises or movements with a kettlebell require knowledge of grip, grip transitions, positioning of the body and limbs, stance adjustments, position and movement of the non-working arm, where to look, what the common mistakes are, and so much more than just throwing that weight around. Knowing why you're doing something rather than just doing it is also super important. Without all this knowledge, you run the risk of injury or not being as efficient as you should be.
